Child Safety Standards

These standards describe how Fubby, published by FUBBY LLC, prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Fubby app and the fubby.social website. They apply to all users and all content shared on our service.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAM and CSAE

Fubby has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes, without limitation: sexual content involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, and the trafficking of minors. Any account that creates, shares, requests, or links to such content or engages in such behavior is permanently banned and the related content is removed and preserved as evidence for the authorities.

2. Adults only

Fubby is a service for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to create an account. Accounts we determine to belong to a person under 18 are closed and the related data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. In-app reporting

Every user can report a profile, message, photo, or story directly inside the app using the Report option in the menu at the top right of a profile or conversation. Reports about the safety of a child are prioritized. Users can also block any account with a single tap.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Reported content and profiles are reviewed by our moderation team. Where we identify CSAM or CSAE, we act immediately: the content is removed, the account is permanently banned, and the case is escalated for reporting to the relevant authorities.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Fubby complies with applicable child safety laws in every region where it operates. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, including preserving evidence related to CSAE offenses.

6. Reporting to us directly

Anyone — including people who do not use the app — can report a child safety concern to us at admin@fubby.social. Our designated child safety contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and our compliance with applicable child safety standards.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.
